Hi, I’m Oxana – nice to meet you!
I was raised between two worlds—Romania and Italy—each shaping my identity in ways I’m still discovering. Romania gave me a deep, pagan connection to nature, an awareness of politics, and how systems shape society—including through design. Italy gifted me a love for simple beauty, excellence, and quality—the art of balancing life and work with intention. Later, living in London, I absorbed a democratic approach to design, a way of working that values collaboration and inclusivity.
For years, I searched for the perfect place to call home—only to realise there wasn’t one waiting for me. So, I decided to build it myself.
Against conventional wisdom, I chose Tredozio, a small Italian town full of untapped potential, but struggling with depopulation. I believe that by setting up my design studio here, I can prove that creativity, innovation, and business success don’t have to happen in big cities. That it’s possible to thrive while giving back.
Part of my revenue goes directly into local projects because I don’t just want to talk about mindful business—I want to live it. My long-term vision? To inspire others to do the same, to build an open, global network of creative professionals who exchange ideas, skills, and resources across rural and urban spaces alike.

My vision – A boutique design studio
Imagine a small, sunlit studio nestled in the heart of a quiet Italian village. The scent of fresh espresso drifts through the air, mixing with the scent of trees and earth. Wooden beams, textured stone walls, and large windows that open to rolling hills—this is not your typical design agency.
This is a boutique studio for mindful business growth.
Here, work moves at a different rhythm. There are no fluorescent-lit offices, no frantic deadlines dictated by urban chaos. Instead, there’s space to think, to create, to be intentional. Every project starts with deep conversations, understanding not just what a brand needs to look like but what it stands for.
Clients don’t just hire a service; they step into a philosophy. They visit, step away from the noise, walk through the forest instead of a corporate hallway, listen to nature instead of city traffic, and leave with something more than a brand strategy—they leave with purpose.
Why Here? Why Now?
Because the future of business isn’t in burnout. It’s in balance.
Because small towns are not relics of the past—they are the blueprint for a new way of working.
Because in a world of noise, the most powerful ideas come from places of quiet.
This is a place for brands that want to grow mindfully, for designers who seek purpose, for a different way of building something meaningful.
Would you work in a studio like this? Would you bring your brand or product here to evolve?
Let’s talk. Let’s build.
My essence
Going beyond human-centered design, I create solutions that uplift communities and contribute to a more equitable, shared future.
